We do not decide visa applications, and we do not guarantee outcomes. Destination Thailand Visa applications are decided solely by Thai consular officials. We do not guarantee approval, processing time, or any other outcome. Any readiness score, checklist, or review we provide reflects how complete your documentation appears against the published requirements — it is not a prediction of approval and must not be relied on as one.

 

The $400 government fee is not ours and is not refundable. The Thai government's DTV application fee is paid by you, directly to the Thai government, and is retained by them regardless of outcome. It is separate from, and not included in, any DTV Ready package price.

 

You submit your own application. You file through the official Thai e-Visa system yourself. We prepare, organize, and review your materials and walk you through the submission steps.

 

Requirements change. DTV requirements, fees, and consular jurisdictions are set by Thai authorities and can change without notice. Always confirm current requirements with the appropriate Royal Thai Embassy or Consulate-General before you submit.

 

When we refer you out. For prior denials, overstays, or other immigration history requiring legal interpretation, we refer you to independent, licensed immigration counsel.
