What we provide

DTV Ready provides document preparation, organization and application-readiness review for Thailand's Destination Thailand Visa (DTV). We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. We do not submit applications on your behalf.

No guarantee of outcome

DTV applications are decided solely by Thai consular officials. DTV Ready does not and cannot guarantee approval, processing time, or any other outcome. Our Readiness Score and our reviews assess how complete your documentation appears against the published requirements. They are not predictions of approval and must not be relied on as such.

Government fees

The Thai government DTV application fee (currently USD $400) is paid by you directly to the Thai government. It is not collected by DTV Ready, is not included in any package price, and is non-refundable regardless of outcome.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of all information and documents you provide. You agree not to submit falsified, altered or fraudulently obtained documents. If you do, we will terminate service immediately and without refund. We rely on what you give us and cannot independently verify the authenticity of third-party documents.

Refunds

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before we begin work on your file. Work begins when we deliver your personalized document checklist. Once work has begun, fees are non-refundable, because the service you purchased has been performed. The $400 Thai government application fee is never refundable by us; it is paid to the Thai government and is not ours to return.

Turnaround

Stated turnaround times, including the 24-hour priority response in DTV Pending Support Priority, are commitments to a first response during business hours, Monday to Friday. They are not commitments to resolution of your matter.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DTV Ready's total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the services is limited to the amount you paid DTV Ready. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including the Thai government application fee, travel or accommodation costs, lost income, or missed dates.

Your documents

Handling, storage and deletion of the documents you send us is governed by our Privacy Policy.

When we refer you elsewhere

For matters requiring legal interpretation, including prior visa denials, overstays, or other immigration history, we will refer you to independent, licensed immigration counsel rather than continue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Governing law
